My previous article ‘An Insight to Tax Changes by Finance Act 2008’, introduced the changes which Finance Act 2008 has made to major areas of the taxation system in the United Kingdom. The second article in the series was intended to consider changes to Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, Residency and Domicile and Administration.
