These are my BEST GUESS only of some of the topics that may appear on the ACCA F9 paper. It is of paramount importance that you have revised all syllabus areas and have worked as many past F9 questions as possible.

- WACC, Risk Adjusted Ke ,CAPM

- Forex Hedging-Forward Contract and Money Market Hedge

- DVM and PE Equity Share Valuations

- Cash Management Models – Miller Orr

- Working Capital Management – EOQ with discounts, WC Ratios

- Pros and Cons of being a Listed Company

- Sources of Finance-Rights Issue and Debt Finance.

- Yield Curve.

Remember, be ready for around 8 marks of written per question.
