Getting Your Exam Results

image

To be eligible to receive your results you must have paid both your student membership fee up to and including June 2008, and your examination fees in full by 31 July 2008. To find out if you have fees outstanding, log in to MyAAT at http://www.aat.org.uk and choose the Pay Invoice option. You can pay online, by phone on 0845 863 0801 if calling from the UK or +44 (0)20 7397 3001 if calling from outside the UK, or send a cheque to AAT, 140 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HY.

The various methods are outlined below:

By email:

Before 5pm on Tuesday 12 August, you can use your student membership number to register for your MyAAT online account. When you have a MyAAT account, you can sign up to have your exam results emailed to you - just select the ‘Send me my exam results’ option from the menu on the left. Results will be emailed to you by 9am on Tuesday 19 August.

On the website:

Use your student membership number to access your results on this website. Your number can be found on all correspondence sent to you by the AAT, and is on the right hand side of the screen once you’ve logged in to your online account and can also be provided by your centre. Please try to avoid contacting Student Services for your number on results’ day as this is one of the busiest times of the year and their lines are often overloaded.

Results will appear on http://www.aat.org.uk/exams at 00:01am BST on Wednesday 20 August. Please be aware that many people will be trying to access their results at once around this time, so the site may be slow to respond. You might find it easier to access the site around 00:30am BST, half an hour or so after the results have gone live.

Through the post:

The AAT will also write to you with your results: sending them first class on 19 August. If you are changing your home address and sat for exam/s in June 2008, contact Student Services on 0845 863 0801 if calling from the UK or +44 (0)20 7397 3001 if calling from outside the UK or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). An amendment will be required to your record to ensure your result is posted to your new address.

Queries about your results

If you wish to receive feedback on your performance or wish to contest your results once they have been released, contact the AAT at the following address .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). If you have any other queries about your results call Student Services on 0845 863 0801 if calling from the UK or +44 (0)20 7397 3001 from outside the UK.
