I am currently studying for CIPFA at the moment and hope to be qualified by next year. Part of my contract states that once I am qualified I need to work here for a further 2 years or else I would be required to pay back all my course fees, etc.

I have no intention of paying this back and I do not necessarily want to leave my job but for those 2 years I was maybe planning on studying for another qualification more relevant to the private sector.

Does anyone know which qualification would be the most suitable for me to do, taking into consideration course length/difficulty and any exemptions I would maybe get because of classes I’ve already done through CIPFA?
