Just failed F7 AGAIN (missed out by a few marks, again) but passed F8

To keep on track, im thinking if I started F9 and P1 learning this week, I could quite comfortably do all 3 in December, in terms of time to learn and then revise

Would this be too much to manage? I haven’t looked much at F9 and P1 yet, but have the guides in front of me and they don’t seem too bad

I failed F7 too. I missed out by 6 marks.

I have done F9 and it involves quite a lot of calculations so a lot of technical stuff. P1 I heard is quite easy although I have not yet attempted it nor started learning for it.

F7 resit, F9 and P1 will be very tough I think.

i missed out by 6 marks too, i see the pass rate for the paper was particularly low this time - 28%

i think im going to get the study stuff, see where i am in October with it, and go from there, i have also heard P1 is ‘easier’ if there is such a thing with this qualification!

Haha, hopefully P1 is not more difficult than F7. F7 is by far the hardest F level exam.

Good luck with what you decide to take in December.

F7 and F9 are far the hardest exams of the F papers and quite possibly harder then some of the P papers (at least P1&P3;).

I would be quite happy with F7&F9; at once, I think P1 is stretching it.

It is fairly O.K. paper, as long as you have lots of common sense and have basic idea of the syllabus!!(ie don’t talk about nothing). So you still have to account for lots of reading time.

I agree, I’d avoid P1 for now. Its not a very difficult one but is still time comsuming with being very wordy.

F7 and F9 are hard, however after just doing P2 I’d rate it as the hardest.
