So many questions - I’ll answer them one by one in the order you asked them:
NVQ works better if you are working as you can provide some work based evidence. If you do not have an accountancy based position you are probably better to take the diploma route.
AAT will not provide you with a job, you have to find that yourself.
Kaplan and BPP do distance learning and are both the same standard so the choice is yours.
Distance learning is hard when you have no one to discuss things with.
You are better to register with the AAT and then the tuition provider.
You will have to contact AAT (preferably before you join AAT) to find out where the exam centre in Pakistan is.
Classroom courses generally make things easier imho but others get on better with distance learning - it’s up to you.
You will need to look on the ACA website to find what exemptions you get after AAT.
