I am currently preparing a fortcasted financial statement for 5 years and financial analysis of a proposed pharmaceutical cmpany for bank loae..i am currently calculating the npv..initial outlay is the bank loan nd owners capital..my questn is do i have to include the loan repaymnt as outflow in subsequent periods?
