Too much usage of SCROLL BAR and NOT seeing the Submit button it’s something seriously wrong with the later.

Control + Enter - Maybe that shortcut should be used in the site to submit message. Mr. Moderator Steve can you do that can you pass the message to the Webmaster of accountancystudents.co.uk.

I don’t quite understand why this is such a “serious” problem as you state.  No other users have complained about it before but we’ll keep it in mind if they do.
