What are your plans when you’ve got your results?

I’ve set the poll up for what you’d do if you find you’ve passed - I thought I’d be optimistic!

I’ve already decided what papers I’d like to sit, but this will depend on my results!  I’ve already got the textbooks for the papers, but I need to book tuition and revision courses.

Knowing my results will give me a push to really get involved in my studying!

I don’t think I’ll be going out and celebrating but I may try and wangle a pay rise if I’m feeling confident.

Technically, I could start my RAP for the Oxford Brookes degree, but I think I might wait until I’ve finished my exams altogether before I attempt it!

What about you?

I’ll be:

Get on the phone/internet and book your next tuition course/order your books for the next paper (books already got smile ).

Start studying for the next set of papers straight away (started already regardless of results).

Go out and get drunk to celebrate (I wish, I’m allergic to alcohol - very bad hangover’s even if only a sip sick ).

hi all,

I will be wondering how to mention to my head of the department for signing the letter for the next course fees.

It is not very pleasant to ask for the college fees, as every time result comes out they paid the fees but not with the smile.

I am not going to celebrate but will be relieved that few more to go before become fully qualified.

Payrise is out of question for me and no jobs to promote to even after qualifying with in the current organisation.

My aim is to focus and pass all the papers quickly and once I finish it is better for me to move on, even if it means to travel abroad.

p.s. whatever happens always happens for good one way or the other. God is always on my side.

I’ve been told today that we are having cake at work on monday.

If it’s good news we are celebrating, if it’s bad news we just need cake.

I like that thought smile

I’ll be:

Continuing studying my old 2.5 stuff, and comparing 2.5 UK & Int past papers & answers, to prepare for P2

Having a wee Bailey’s (or two or three) when I get home from work

Sending my exam entry form to HR, possibly along with a cheque for the resits

I’ve already booked my next courses, even if I’ve failed both P1 & P3, I’m doing P2 & P6 in June plus any resits as I’m desperate now to finish studying (been a long time studying plus guilt complexes that I’m not around enough for my 10 year old daughter who needs me more just now - hormones n stuff)

Think it will be a combination.
Probably get drunk - though working the next day so might have to wait till the weekend.

I will also make sure I’m signed up for the next lot of courses.  If I pass I might have to have a quick look at my old 1.2 notes as it looks as though F5 follows on from it quite a bit.  Especially need to revise fixed overhead variances confused

I will have tears of JOY if I pass all my exams or tears of SORRY if I fail any, so either way I will be crying

So; I’ve passed one and failed one.

I am quite cheerful about it, surprisingly, and will be attempting P1, P3 and retaking F7 at the next sitting.

What is everyone else planning to sit at the next session?

Don’t be sad, lala; if you start working now you’ll be fine for June.

I’m retaking one too and have retaken others in the past.

It’s hard going, but worth the effort.
