Anything from 5am to 5pm.

I’m sure I’ve heard of the email results taking a couple of days to arrive for some people.

It depends whether or not your email provider perceives the email as spam or not and tries to filter it out.

Major internet providers such as Yahoo! or Hotmail can get tens of thousands of emails from the ACCA all sent out from the same address with the same subject heading and format.  Usually when something fits this criteria, the email is spam, so the email provider delays the delivery of the email while it investigates.

There have been a couple of times when I haven’t received my results on my hotmail account, so I had to wait until 4pm to check on ACCA website.  Otherwise they were in my inbox by 8am.

But the best thing now is I’ve just moved to Canada and we’re 8 hours behind the UK, so the last couple of sittings I’ve been getting my results by email on Sunday evening!

FYI - the examiners reports have been published on the ACCA website.  You may be able to get an idea as to how you did….

I am on yahoo and my results came in just after 10am last time.
Hope they are fairly early this time and I won’t have to be sitting refreshing my email page all day.

Just had a look at the examiners report and its not making me feel any better… They’re quite scathing, and I cannot remember what I wrote… Oh well, roll on Monday!

Wow just got back from Sri Lanka - had a five day busy trip and fortunately no time to think about results…..now I’m back it seems scarey! I usually get mine at about 10-11am India time….I am praying they will be early as in laws won’t be happy if I spend all day at the cyber cafe!

Forums have changed a lot :o) ....not been able to log online for a month or so unforunately.

I just made the mistake of clicking on the link above to the examiners’ reports.  I sat what I hope to be my last exam, P1, in December.  I was so happy when I learned that was replacing the old 3.7, possibly the most evil exam ever.  But I’m now thinking I made every mistake the examiner has described in his report.  In question 4, where he says the poor answers started going on about the Mendelow Matrix, not only did I describe that, I actually drew it as well, proudly placing all the stakeholders in the correct square.  My stomach has just tied itself into a knot that’s only going to get worse over the weekend.  It’s good to know you’re not alone though!

i read the examiners reports and they are distressing :( but im just waiting for monday its gonna be along weekend and im in france this weekend aswell so gonna get drunk on that baby !!
