I can’t believe it,  I passed 2.4, 2.5, 2.6 and 3.3!

Well done to everyone,

I need a bit of advice, do I go for 4 again and put myself through that or should I just do 3.4?? Help!

[quote author=“Kate Walsh”]I hope your results come soon!

Well done everyone that passed.

I couldn’t sleep either! I passed 3.1 with 65% can’t beleive it yet!

Blue Wednesday are you taking 3.2 in June?

Good luck to those STILL waiting!

Yep, I felt so sick about it all that I haven’t even booked the course yet but I am going to do 3.2 (and dare I say I’m quite looking forward to it, I enjoy tax).

Well done on such a fantastic result, I’ld love to see what the pass rate is this sitting!

Only you can know how hard it was to cope with 4 and you will have some idea about the difficulties of a level 3 paper!  Having said that you managed 2 of the biggest syllabi (I think that’s the plural of syllabus) with 2 other papers so maybe you’re more than ready.  The other advantage is that it will be over in a few months as opposed to another year!

My advice, as a lazy git, is to take all four.  Do not do any work on 3.5 except for learning the basics and practicing questions.  I can post you some handouts that cover 9 A4 pages and they are absolutely fantastic learn what is on these and you cannot go far wrong.

Learn how to do a SWOT analysis and write a report and you can do 3.5 in your sleep.
(well get 58% on it anyway!)

Anyway, get it over and done with!

[quote author=“kind”]I also have not received the email yet. and i thought i could check on the web directly, but it shows me a FORBIDDEN page.

FYI: ACCA have published a temporary main page to announce that results will be made available at 16:00hrs today. I’ve tried ignoring this in the past, without much luck. Good luck!

My email hasnt arrived either. In the past its always been there first thing so wondering why mine’s different this time.

Even more frustrating as now I am sat at work and our Internet firewall thing won’t let us access personal email accounts!

So it looks like I’m waiting til 4 when they publish on the website

Glad I am not the only one. They never put results online until 4pm (I expect they normally send out all the emails first.)

Problem for me is it is 3:30pm already my time….wasted all day online! Don’t have a computer at home, so if they don’t come soon I’ll be looking for a cyber cafe at 10pm at which time the ACCA site will be overloaded.

NEver expected to have to wait this long o_o

*fingers crossed*

Decided I’ll go home at lunchtime and check again.

All this stress and I’ve probably failed again - have become pretty stuck on 3.2 (this was attempt no. 4  )

From looking at this and other forums, appears that those with yahoo mail havn’t received results yet.  Girlfriend is still waiting for hers, but has never taken this long.

Hopefully soon.  Keep on clicking check mail, check mail….. smile

This is just not possible. Didn’t ACCA stated that results will be out on 1600 hrs GMT on 19th Feb 2007? I’m from Singapore and my time zone’s GMT +8.

Am i wrong to say that the results will only be out at 0000hrs on 20th Feb’07? How did you guys receive your results so early?

Can someone please advise me? I’m just too confused/worried.
Cheers,
Clement

Syncer - if you register for results by email they send the results out at any time before 4pm GMT. (Then put them on the site at 4pm GMT).

Maybe they send the results in batches by alphabetical order of email server???????? I’m receiving all other emails. Just not the one I want.

Think they stated that results will be emailed by 16:00 GMT on 19th Feb.  So a lot seem to have received their results, apart from those using yahoo.  According to the website, they should be available for viewing online at 16:00 GMT.  Another 5 1/2 hours to go :(
